With almost 50 years of experience in various irrigation design and sales roles, few people can match Bill's knowledge and experience in the industry.

He trained with Southern Cross Machinery and was located in Muswellbrook and Tamworth to provide design and technical sales support to the rural irrigation and water supply markets. His various positions during 15 years in agricultural irrigation included NSW Sales Manager for Pope.

Bill then made a career change and spent almost 20 years in the commercial turf irrigation market with senior management roles in distribution and product marketing for the Toro Corporation throughout Australia.

Since opening the Sydney office in 1990, Bill has been instrumental in building HydroPlan's reputation for delivering independent irrigation consulting services in New South Wales and Victoria. He is a Certified Irrigation Designer and a founding member of the Australian Chapter of the American Society of Irrigation Consultants.
